TransformNow trading as TransformNowCBD.net receives payment with VISA and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is made on the website.
All amounts are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
TransformNowCBD.net uses a level 1 PCI DSS compliant secure payment gateway that encrypts your card information during transactions. We do not have access to your card details and they are not stored by us.
TransformNowCBD.net deliveries are made on weekdays. For first class orders, delivery time can be between 1-3 days.
TransformNowCBD.net does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays or other customs problems. While we do our utmost to ensure speedy deliveries, we cannot take responsibility for delays by our posting partner the Royal Mail. If you have a concern about a delayed delivery, please get in touch with us.
How can I return my order and what are your guidelines?
We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below returns address within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed or if the packaging is damaged .
Any returns should be sent to the address with full details of your name and address and details of purchase.

Please note that TransformNow CBD is not able to cover the cost of returns postage on standard returns.
When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your return.

My order has been returned by the courier – what happens now?
If your parcel has been returned to us because you were not available to accept the delivery, the cost of your order plus postage will be refunded to the initial payment method used as soon as your parcel arrives back with us. Please note however that if you allow your payment to go over the specified 14 days, TransformNow CBD is not liable to pay any late fees relating to your statement.

When will I get my refund?
Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 10 days from the day we received the item, for this payment to be received into your account. This refund can also dependant on the length of time it takes your bank to process the payment.
Can I send my item back for an exchange?
We are unable to offer an exchange service, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item. Please note that we cannot accept product returns if the label has been removed or if the product is damaged.
I don’t like the taste – can I send it back?
We understand that everyone’s tastes are different. If you have opened and part-consumed your product then we are not able to change it for another product, flavour or offer a refund.
If in doubt or it’s your first time using our products, we strongly suggest you try a smaller sample rather than going for a large order first time round.
